Jen, the call was great I just finished listening to the rebroadcast. I too dealt with low blood sugar at one point in my life and with diet cured it. You were spot on with your information and look forward to future calls. Thanks for the suggestions on what to eat and yogart and how to use stevia to sweeten it. I noticed you didn't mention the manna bars of the wolfberry bars is there too much sugar? Brown rice syrup is the first ingrediant on the manna bars. Just wondering. Thanks again.

Unfortunately myself and other people with gluten issues cannot to the Manna Bars. They are also too much carb for my blood sugar. Sometimes I do carry the Wolfberry Crisps with me in case my blood sugars tank. I use them more as a 'treat' but I have found people that are REALLY addicted to sugar might need to hold off on them until they get that under control. Hope this helps!
