How do I use the Search Function?
Since YLE call archives date back to 2005, the best way to search for content at our website is to click on Advanced Search beneath the Search box in the left sidebar menu. The basic Search only permits you to search for keywords that appear within article titles posted in the past three months.


What is a "Podcast?"
The YLE website presents Young Living training calls as "podcasts." A podcast is a series of audio or video media files that is distributed over the Internet by syndicated download to portable media players and personal computers. "Podcasting" offers the ability to attach summarized text, keywords, and other descriptive information to the media. A podcast is distinguished from most other digital media formats by its ability to be syndicated, subscribed to, and downloaded automatically whenever new content is added.


What is the "Media Player" feature in the sidebar menu?
The sidebar Media Player allows you to listen to listen to Young Living training calls without the need to remain on a particular web page. Click on the Player Icon in the sidebar menu (it looks like a big TV screen), and a pop-up Player window will appear. All training calls are summarized and archived sequentially by date in the Player window. Use the scroll button on the right side of the window to view the complete list of calls. Leave the pop-up window open to continue listening to calls while you navigate to other websites, check your email, etc.


Can I be notified when new training calls are posted?
Yes. The YLE website offers many ways to stay "current" with the latest training. You can Subscribe to YLE when you type your email address into the box in the sidebar menu. After you have subscribed, you will be notified via email whenever a new training call or article is posted. You may unsubscribe at any time. To view all YLE content at a glance, locate the Feed List in the sidebar menu. Click on and bookmark Podcasts RSS 2.0 (training calls only) or Entries RSS 2.0 (all articles and training calls).


What is the Young Living Education Channel at iTunes®?
iTunes is the best way to stay updated with the latest product training. All of our training calls are available under Podcasts > Health > Alternative Health. You may also type "Young Living Education" into the iTunes search bar, then click on the YLE logo under "Podcasts".

Can I download training calls to my computer without using iTunes?
To download a training call directly to your PC, choose Podcasts RSS 2.0 from the Feed List in the sidebar menu. Scroll through the list and right-click on the link for the call(s) you wish to download and save.
